About us

Operators first. Engineers always.

ISP Triage began as wireless and wireline operators who needed better tools — today we're a network services provider with an integrated CRM platform for clients who want both.

Coverage area

United States and Canada

We work remotely with operators across the United States and Canada. The people on the other end of the ticket sit in North America.

A note from the people writing the code

We are still building this.

A single stretch of work got us here: about 2,500 hours in the editor, with AI in the loop. That did not replace the programming. It compressed it. Work that used to take a week of back-and-forth now gets written, reviewed, and shipped in a sitting. The platform you can click through exists because we sat down and built it — not because a vendor handed us a finished product.

Programming has been accelerated significantly. We still make the calls: what ships, what waits, and what a real ISP network will actually tolerate. AI drafts faster. We still have to live with the result.

We are actively working on it to this day — whether someone is paying for the next module, or we are doing it by our own might. Evenings, weekends, and the hours between tickets. The repo keeps moving either way.

Always check the blog for updates. Releases, field notes, and the pieces we just finished land there first.

ISP Triage network core rack

Our story

We started in the field — running networks, not just selling software. That experience shaped how we consult: practical, subscriber-aware, and grounded in the gear ISPs actually deploy.

Today our primary work is managed network services at $195/hr and up. We built ISP Triage CRM because our clients asked for a system that matched how we already operated — billing, infrastructure, RADIUS, and support in one place.

Insurance

Blue Integrations carries active Errors & Omissions coverage with Next Insurance US Company — professional liability for our network engineering work.

$1,000,000 per claim and $1,000,000 aggregate, effective 15 September 2026.
